Wild Marmalade - live didgeridoo & drum Saturday 8 July 2017

Subculture Events, the organisers of Tropical Bloom Festival, are teaming up with the Queen Street Community Hall on Saturday 8 July 2017 to showcase of one of the headline acts of this year's festival - Wild Marmalade. Byron Bay based group, Wild Marmalade, are the pioneers of the didgeridoo and drum sound that is now a global phenomena. From their humble origins as street entertainers in the late 90s they have taken their unique brand of didgeridoo and drum dance music to stages and festivals the world over. The Orpheus Club, String Quartet

On Friday 30 June 2017 come along to the Queen Street Community Hall and treat yourself to an evening of classical music, played by The Orpheus Club string quartet. The concert will be infused with the spirits of Europe and Australia, and is part of a tour supported by the QLD government and Arts Central Queensland. Doors open at 6:30PM for a 7PM start. Tickets (at the door only): Adults $25, Student/Concession $15, Children $5. Drinks and antipasto plates available. Cash only please.
